CCA did a capital raise not long ago at 5c and is now at 16.5c.
Kogan just did a cap raise at $11.45 and is now $14.45
These are just 2 of the recent ones that come to mind that I have experience with.
If the cap raise is for business expansion as opposed to just keeping the company afloat then it will be positive.
