It wasn't a crap plan, just didn't have the right people to execute it correctly. This is one of the big problems with trying to do what CM8 is aiming for now and that is execution risk, something that has continually shown that we didn't have the right people on board. I hope its different this time around but so far the results aren't supportive of any real change.

Very similar to what Crowd does/could do, however has a market cap of over $3 billion US. Look at their team especially the Chief Technology Officer. Until we get people like this on board i think the execution risk with Horizon 3 is very high.
