My two bobs worth is that Dom, in particular, would want to see as much cash (working cap) as he can possibly hold, while, reducing debt before he starts any more "outside" spending. He has been bitten extremely badly by NOT doing that previously in very similar circumstances (delayed payments and large sundry debtors with no cash). I'd be absolutely amazed if you don't see a relatively large bank balance and reducing debt before he starts any more "expansion".
P.S. That "aggressive stance towards growth" does not necessarily mean large capital outlays and IMO that will come from organic expansion before acquisitions.
Am VERY keenly watching how this plays out as, again IMO, Dom's future credibility as a business manager is dead set on the line. But I know where my money is.
