CM8 launches Covid 19 Testing with Vital Innovations Partnership, page-62

With regards to the UK tendor numbers I posted it was pointed out to me the Vital agreement excludes UK. I had assumed this was for existing Supersafe products but safe to assume we may get no revenue from UK
however this is only one country.

JD - is it your understanding also for COVID test kits we get no UK revenue?

However as to why there may be increased interest in CM8 in German stock exchange the last couple of days it’s interesting timing coincidence to find within the last week in Germany:

1) German Ministry of Health approved the use of the Lyher Covid 19 test we sell and included it in their subsidy list.

2) the German govt directly purchased 5m of the Lyher tests, / which at the prices on the CM8 covid site would have been around a £50m order. (Obviously just a guide as they would have got a discount)

just to say before we all get excited these posts are from Lyher employee in China so pretty certain CM8 are NOT part of this order and they have ordered direct from China likely.

BUT what it does validate is the govt level interest at scale in the exact test kit we are selling and the subsidy and approval not only adds massive credibility but would open up multiple sales possibilities within just Germany for CM8 distribution as the test kit the ministry of health has selected.
