ref announcement 16th June - CROWD signs exclusive social commerce agreement with Vital Innovations.

My understanding is CROWD created the website and market it to the EU (excluding the UK)
Testimant to this is the 11 languages, multiple currency website not available on VITAL's current brand websites.

Whilst the term of the agreement is for 2 years from the 1st July 2020.
Those of us in the know found evidence of the kits with CROWD from April 2020 and the hiring of medical device representatives with CROWD in May 2020. Which means they've been able to sell prior to the launch of this website
CROWD also receives 100% of net sales and then makes revenue share payments (Net sales - costs etc... ) to VITAL.

If you read the announcement you'll see that CROWD have excluded any mention of the COVID test kits and the executive have gone out fo their way to keep this on the down low. I suspect this is so they'll announce the fintech & insuretech deal with second half results for the
REAL RE-RATING.
