I bought into this 3 days ago and have been following the discussion here re Track acquisition. Having read both investor reports on CM8 website I think how this is to be funded isn't clear @ this stage, however the recent increase in CM8 share price should support ability to fund. I note one scenario from DJ Charmichael on page 5 they have they have a total shares post acquisition of 115 million and another of 198 million, depending on how it's funded. If the later turns out to be the case then at the current share price of 32c it has a market cap of 63mil.
