After quite a lengthy down-trend, will we now see these very narrow Bollinger bands make way for a breakout towards any of the upside gaps that exist? Quite a few indicators have ticked up, so purely from a Technical charting perspective I thought it was a good time to discuss the possible upside targets? Thoughts anyone?
