cmc markets - warning, page-3

I have a pre-existing loss-making short position on a commodity, which I was OK with because I can see the commodity price dropping in the coming weeks. The holding cost was about 5% for the first few weeks. Overnight, CMC bumped up the holding cost to 250%, which is going to close out my account within a matter of days and therefore makes it impossible to ever recover my loss.

Please be careful of using the CMC Markets platform, they can change holding cost on you and send you broke, even after you have opened a position. You do not have a contract with them - it is extremely dangerous.

When I raised the issue with the CMC staff - they respond by saying "check the holding cost". I did that before I entered into the trade - these guys bumped it up from about 5% to 250% while I was already in the position.
