I'm pretty much the same as yourself - small trader totally frustrated with CMC and their total lack of interest in fixing the platform. I've sent requested screen shots to them and been ignored. This week I was charged twice in brokerage fees for a single buy but the correct number of shares went through - no idea how that works. This morning I find the amount of funds available in my account is half it was last Friday....nice.
Sorry I can't offer any constructive advice but it was good to vent.
Good luck, we'll need it using CMC.
