I've had so many issues with CMC that I spat the dummy. 2 weeks ago with that little melb black out, the whole system went down. Called them up to check if a sell order had gone through. They had no idea, couldnt tell me if it had or had not. Called back 5 mins later (after waiting in phone que for 10mins) and they still had no idea.
Lost a bit of cash on that one... Sent them a very nasty legal letter and presto, covered the loss.
Be wary with these guys. Bloody shifty org. Sometimes it feels like your talking to a high school kid who doesn't even know what hedging is.
I would suggest Maq Prime, if your trading Aussie CFDs and you have some capital. Bloody tight outfit, all know what they are talking about and no one is 17yrs old! The variable margins are prob the only issue that I have with them. Great trading platform & zero down time!
They even call you to see if you have any feedback/issues.
Cant rave enough about them. Happy customer!
