Bit of a strange question, don’t you think?
As retail investors, we wouldn’t have access to any ASX query letters unless the company publicly discloses them — and there’s been no such disclosure from CMD.
So either you know something the rest of us don’t (which would raise its own questions), or you’re trying to stir the pot and plant seeds of doubt with no basis in fact.
Asking about a query letter out of nowhere — without evidence — starts to look less like curiosity and more like part of a pattern. Between the constant hypotheticals, unverified claims, and now this, your motives are starting to look more dubious than honest.
And let’s be clear: if you do have knowledge of a query letter before it’s public, that doesn’t just raise eyebrows about CMD — it would paint a serious question mark over the integrity of the ASX itself.
