Had some interest in buying shares in CMD when I saw a Magnis...

Had some interest in buying shares in CMD when I saw a Magnis Director take a solid stake in the company.

However it's a pretty high risk play betting that one of the poorest countries in the world will settle for 100 of millions.

Obviously the company and others are confident they have a case but the facts remain that even though they are in talks now to reach a settlement the company has very little cash and produces almost no income and even if buyers want to invest in this company the shares are almost illiquid...there are less than 1 million shares for sale by 6 sellers on Comsec between 3c and 6 cents.

Good luck to long term holders of this stock. I hope you are all rewarded for your faith in the company.

Will keep an eye on CMD to see if the media attention turns into $ for you all and may even take a solid stake in the company if some more sellers appear
