How do you trade profitably, for several years after offering to buy back @ 1.00 then offer 95c ??
I can see the experts opinion now, writing is on the wall,
" not fair, but reasonable "
This expert better do his homework well.
I can sniff a class action already unless there is some vigorous investigation & comment on ;
a) the vendor loan
b) given the litigation & possible winding up, what the Company is worth to sell as a going concern to come to a fair value.
