Well, we know the 63 cent buyback was "fair and reasonable" according to the "expert", so you can forget about any objectiveness there!
Fact is that the board and Troy will vote FOR and there is no way i can see this being blocked or a superior offer.
there was plenty of opportunity to buy at a much cheaper price over the years, so most holders will be happy to accept.
the question is what will the ords be worth after this, and what price might be extracted in a t/o?
