Given that Class A's have to vote seperately to get this approved and the fact that they need 75% - this is not a done deal.
The cost of offering face value ($1.20) is $7m more. It would have ensured that the deal would have been passed and that Leanne could hold her head high. So for the sake of a couple of million dollars (her stake) she will have tarnished her reputation forever. Not something you can buyback down the track if you change your mind.
