How can John Fletcher expect to do a proper job as CEO of Coles and also as a director of TLS at the same time ? Clearly he is doing an appalling job at CML. And now he's promised to resign if Solomon Lew is elected as a director. Great, perhaps if Lew gets elected we can get a CEO who actually wants to devote him/herself to the job.
