Being a CML shareholder I actually went to the effort some time ago to email their investor relations dept with my observations of where they were going wrong.
Their response is not as material as the issue I tried to bring to their attention, namely:
" I have visited supermarkets in third world countires that are better stocked and organised that what I see back here at Coles in Australia"
2 years on and Coles supermarkets have nopt have since that comment.
Sh.... so why do I still hold 2.000 CML shares???
