    1. CML holds a 40% Stake in Red Fox Resources Pty Ltd

Red Fox announced recently that it has received some significant gold results from a sampling and mapping program at the GW Gossan prospect, completed March 2022 at Butchers Bore EPM 26397
    - Gold values up to 17g/t Au in rock chip samples, numerous results over 1g/t Au
    • Gold associated with anomalous cobalt, bismuth, molybdenum and tungsten
    • Rock chips show mineralised system at least 3km long
    • Soil anomaly further refined over 1km strike with values up to 1.05g/t Au in soils

    2.  Large REE tenement holding in NT

    - CML study ....revealed this continuous 160-kilometre trend of peak rare earth anomalism with accompanying high values in supporting elements, notably niobium chrome and uranium. .......... Ionic clay rare earths deposits have advantages over hard rock rare earth deposits. They are cheaper to mine and process, and the waste material does not present problems with toxic elements. Much of the world supply is from clay hosted deposits.
    - potential for major base metals deposits in the underlying unexposed older sequences. These sequences include those that host the major shale hosted and IOCG deposits in McArthur River and Mount Isa districts.

    3. Nickel in QLD

    - 27 October 2021 Chase Mining Corporation Ltd (CML or the Company) entered into a joint venture (JV) option agreement with private Company Auburn Resources Ltd (AUB) which gives it the opportunity to explore an entire new district of potential large-scale copper nickel cobalt gold PGE (palladium and platinum) prospects in central SE Queensland. As announced on 3 May 2022, AUB JV drilling is scheduled for Calrossie, Quaggy, Jack Shay and Delubra as indicated on Figure 1 during the second quarter 2022

    4. High Purity Graphite

➢ Transformational acquisition of Green Critical Minerals Pty Limited (GCM), which has the right to acquire up to 80% of the graphite rights for the advanced McIntosh Graphite Project, located in Halls Creek, Western Australia known as the third (3 rd) largest ASX listed graphite project in Australia.
➢ 81% of the combined JORC2012 Mineral Resource total of 23.8 million tonnes is classified in the higher confidence indicated category, with over 40,000m of graphite targeted drilling on the project to date and extensive metallurgical test work completed.
McIntosh graphite is a unique, graphite project with extremely low impurities and exceptional “low cost and high yield” downstream processing attributes with the potential to produce high quality graphite products into a diverse range of premium end-use markets.
➢ McIntosh contains a very impressive globally significant flake size endowment with over 85% of its Emperor deposit being greater than 180 Microns (80 Mesh), placing it in the top quartile for flake size distribution globally.
