Hi cerhob, so where have the rest of the board been whilst this has all been happening.
Fine he is litigious, etc, etc but it still comes back too a vote, in fact probably hundreds of them where at any time it would appear he would have been in the minority ?
There are lots of things smell around CML and its not just Solly.
Had a chance to speak recently with a director of Grace Bros dating back to the takeover and he pinpointed the changes made back THEN that began the gutting process of what had been an extremely successful company.
It has taken many cooks to spoil this broth not just the unpopular one with lots of shares.
