I think you will find Solly is on the board of PI. And yes he has tried to buy his position, however, 5% doen not entitle him to run the company - which is what he clearly wants. If he has been voted down on the board, which appears evident, and continues to disrupt, which also appears evident - out he goes.
BTW I have no problem with dissenting votes but once the vote is taken one should either accept it and get on to maximise the chosen opportunity.......or get another life, which is what IMHO is what Solly needs to do.
I saw enough of Solly in the Ansett affair to come to the view he is an opportunist and a manipulator - niet vote from me.
