The VanEck ETFs put on a good show overnight in the US rising 4.5% and 4.85% for GDXJ

Likely have a few trades go through in the 5's today...... not quite willing to call a close over 5 - although I don't think it's far away.
I think if this were a more "retail" stock then $5 would prove to be either strong resistance or a blow off top (with "$5 Party" thread) and dump.
It just doesn't feel as though these $2, $3, $4, $5 milestones are as psychologically significant to the average Legendary CMM investor. Low retail ratio indicative of microscopic marketing spend and no inclination to pursue retail investment. And although I'm retail, I'm very supportive of this strategy.

But I'll take some credit where it's due and acknowledge that I've been able to alienate a few retailers along the way with my wacky posts evidenced by the fact that I, -almost- exclusively run the retail echo chamber here single handedly.

Not going to start a $5 party thread. Just quietly (wink.png) pat yourselves on the back and spare a thought for our fallen MACA hero and his contribution to what has been achieved - A cigar may be fitting for the occasion rolleyes.png
