I do agree yatchy.
The short side is having difficulty finding buyers other than themselves. Each time they try to buy back off the market the share price surges because the true sell line is far higher, and the day to day buy / sell queues are 90% fake. Between Aug 2020 and Nov 21 the market was so hungry for CMM shares that although 3% of the book had been short sold there was still around 9 million more shares bought off the sell side (green horizontals are buys from sell side - OBVOL deducts sells from buys).
It sure would be a miserable existence praying for bad things to happen to a quality Australian company such as this.
