I hate to say this but MUFG and a couple of partners acquired Tietto Minerals at a price far below independent price guidance. It started with them becoming and then ceasing to be, then becoming again, a substantial holder. This was repeated a number of times. The share price was held static despite a lot of development of the company. Their partner came in with a ridiculously low take over, and somehow they succeeded.
