CMM gives Russell Delroy&Co 87 million property

There is a mutiny against the directors´ and Delroy´s plan.

Sentiment is clearly against the deal.
If you own DCX, you have a change to save your money by voting no at the shareholder meeting.
If you own CMM, ask your directors to vote against the bad deal.

The in situ value of Greater Duchess is about 87 million for CMM, which is about 5% of the value of CMM.
However it is a fee carried interest and therefore more.
It could give controlling position in Carnaby (CNB) possibly starting mining soon.

It is no wonder that Russell Delroy an friends would take the property, if you give.

The collateral of the deal is worhtless, Kuusamo properrty, which almost destroyed
Dragon mining. It cannot be mined in the middle of travel district of Kuusamo,
which has already given one landplan against the mining project
and the mining tenements are in court (as also told in Prospectus)..

Share price should fall 5% in later May if Russell would win the vote in DCX
which CMM has 10.6 %ownership, and may be rise a bit if he would lose.
