Does anyone have a view on how the relationship between the directors and the largest shareholder plays out if Hawkes Point refuse the offer and RRL withdraws? I cannot see how the board continues as is if your largest shareholder ignores your recommendations. Would Hawkes Point assume indirect control of the entire company project?..thanks
