The contributors to the recent $2m raising would not like to see the Company go into liguidation at such an early stage.

I have a feeling that as the Company has been taking action to improve profitability with the water tanks, and seeking contracts overseas with their other resources, an extension of time is warranted. Water remediation and fish production are world problems and Ian Cummins' Patents may yet be taken up by a National Body.

We were ambushed at the start and the project has to be given sufficient time to renew and prove itself.


I hope the Creditors see it in this light. As a shareholder I have over $60,000 at stake and I certainly don't want to have to write it off as a Tax Loss.
