Yes that's the way I would like to see CMO do it. It almost trading at shell value now with very little factored in for Mt Venn although it is on the verge of a major discovery.

A bit of a standard formula, have been a few of these going down lately.

• announce an acquisition / deal
• do a small cap raise of say $2.5m at 130% premium to get the ball rolling
• maybe throw in a few options for future funding and shareholder reward
• announce good early results and small cap share price could respond in multiples setting it up for further CR at much higher price
• meanwhile shareholders cleanup on the options.
