    I agree it appears very very harsh.

    I have seen my niece present in front of a large audience with no notes for over 10 minutes clearly articulating some pretty tough subjects. All the while appearing to be well informed and audience well engaged.

    AF wouldnt make the U12 Debating reserve bench

    Just my opinion , but I felt strongly enough to make that post and do hope that someone taps AF on the shoulder to do better next time. He cant be allowed to represent the company like that !
