Bob, GBR did not buy the old Cosmo Metals as that was deregistered a couple years ago. If they had we would have had to deal with all the old Cosmo shareholders which would be an undesirable complication.

The new Cosmo Metals is a clean skin registered on August 21, 2021.

So ... all very neat and clean. No previous baggage to worry about and all fresh shareholders. Not many shares on issue either, with all of GBR's 40-50% to be held in escrow. We will be cashed up with plenty of previous drilling with very good hits, so we will hit the boards running.

CMO is our code but ASIC should wipe all the previous history (including the 3c starting point as it has absolutely nothing to do with us. Might be difficult to do however as the previous company also has a history. I think the best way to remedy the situation is to give us a new code with a clean slate.
