IDX Chief Medical Officer has been in place since June 2021. Yet there is no mention of the CMO in remuneration reports or LTI/STI disclosures. CMO works in tandem with COO and directly under CEO. So why no remuneration and incentive disclosure in the financial reporting? This info is absent from last 2 years annual reports. What KPIs being rewarded at senior medical level would be important for shareholders to know as it gives a steer on culture and doctor retention which are key risks in this industry. Why is it not being disclosed? How can shareholder find this out?
