I did understand your post ok and am not confused but it appears they built this plant on a hit and miss basis. forgive me if i am wrong but did they not also have a simalar problem with the slurry pipe after spending a few hundred million on it found out it didnt work properly after they built it or was that a water problem as well i may be wrong but i seem to recall reading something about it failing.
HWS dont get me wrong none this is nitt picking you, i just dont believe this mob of so called profesonals even tried to do the job they were paid to do in a professonal manner.
