    investors / punters will ONLY BE ABLE TO ASSESS this - once they make an acquisition !

    even if they are allowed to draw on the "$500m facility" ....they will be required to hedge (so that the bank doesn't take the price risk) ......

    has potential - but is a candidate for "retirementhomeitis" .......
