Further comment on your observation onyx. I happened to see a sharebroker newsletter today that had some interesting info.

First PRC may remain a bit of a frustrating stock for you for a few more weeks.
Apparently (and this was info gathered on Thursday 14th Jan) PRC was still working through the rock graben and was about 3 weeks away at that stage from breaking through to the main seam of coal again (So about 2 weeks from today)- still a bit later than expected.

Second (and this is the good news)they are nearing the total of 20,000 tonnes of coal stockpiled available for their first shipment this quarter.
They have stockpiled about 23,000 tonne of which 18,000 tonne is saleable. So they are getting closer to the target shipment level.
That sale should bring in about $3 million

Third.....they are still cum capital raising and that could require a bit more than originally suggested now.

So it's still up and down but we are getting closer to better production ...... we hope.
