    The Healthscope Counter Proposal valued the P&C Businesses at $1 085 000 001 ..... This was one dollar higher than Sigmas offer. Sigma then put in a last minute late bid, but alas it was received after the dealine imposed by the Sl Deed.

    Looks to be all over now........
