CMP 2017 and beyond

I like the clarity of roadshow presentation.
FY2016, as previously affirmed, has a projected revenues of $36 - 38 millions and EBITDA of $4.5 - 5.5 millions.

Four major segments of business and its potential:
1. Sleep -> addition of mid market products + ehealth(cloud) with contract already in place
2. Neuro -> addition of mid market products + introduction of MEG imaging
3. Brain Research -> addition of mid market products
4. Brain Blood Flow -> possible expansion into Brain injury applications

Foreseeable Strategy:
1. the cost reduction continues to flow through with economic of scales, as more product ranges are introduced, targeted at both premium and mid-market.
2. Expansion into China and US markets with more sales forces
3. Focus on commercialization of ehealth and MEG

External Factors:
1. AUD dollar would likely stay constant and depressed for a while, as trade deficit and blown government budget persist, propping up oversea earning
2. Chinese devaluation is here to stay, lowering the manufacture cost for CMP, though to some degrees, negatively influences earning in China.
3. US economy is recovering, as CMP continues its expansion into US.


New in this report:
*introduction of mid market products
* sale figure of new MEG imaging system

It is too early to project profit for 2017 and beyond. But, based on the data
I believe revenue of $40 millions, EBITDA between 5.5 to 5.8 millions are quite possible.

Plus if major ocontract are executed in MEG and ehealth sectors would create more value.
