    at the end of the day the ASIC annoucement will not make or break CMQ. the only thing that will drive the SP higher or lower in the long term is whether they can get the plant to produce the product. if they cant then goodbye CMQ, if they can then here comes $3-5 depending on your time frame. it is a high risk/reward play. the gamble is in your hands.
