I agree with you CMQ should suspend trading on Wednesday as it did in the earlier hearing.

However, why do you think it will tarde around 5 cents if Stark wins? IF Starks win, the $15M cash kitty is inssuficient to pay the $60M redemption, plus interest accrued to date of judgment plus legal costs. It will be immediate liquidation and what ever is achieved from a liquidation sale after paying Stark and other creditors may have nothing left worth dividing by the number of shares in place.
