So even if CMQ lose and liquidation proceedings are commenced, there will still be some people willing to take a punt that liquidation may not happen, or that some white knight will swoop in with the cash to pay out the bondholders, or that the IP will somehow realise more than the liabilities.

I have seen someone one another board suggest that the patents could be sold for $100mil. Not possible of course... who is going to pay $100mil for something that generates only $300k in sales per year (based on the cash that has actually been received, as opposed to the imaginary sales figures reported by management) with an unknown profit margin?

But as long as there are people out there that hold those sort of beliefs, share price will stay above $0.00 until the company is delisted
