Well the August results will give us a clearer picture, but I'd say that EYE is in the position to wait for higher prices due to their existing cash balance and strong financial performance before pressing the raise button. It really seemed like it was simply a lack of investors aware of the results on Monday, we saw what happened yesterday when some large buyers arrived to the party yesterday and I sense more will arrive over the next few days and weeks (this reimbursement news should speed things up hopefully)
