Another thing to remember is that a lot of funds simply have a mandate prohibiting them to make investments in loss making speculative companies..
So regardless of the potential, they cannot invest in speculative companies such as $EYE until they have a proven and verifiable financial track record.
This does not in anyway reflect on the fundamentals, and these fundies will happily pay up at future higher valuations once the company has been de-risked and is profitable etc
