If there's no announcement I think we can safely conclude they're in no rush to do a raise anytime soon, as they would obviously take advantage of this news to give the price a good push (TLX had no issue announcing the proposed changes to their reimbursement). Most likely will get the official announcement when the changes are finalised, but I'm sure the market will price it in well before that happens.
