Well TLX did announce their proposed changes, so the ASX would be fine with it given proposed changes by CMS tend to always come into affect unless there's major backlash (which there obviously wont be). I do like the signalling that it sends though, and I know institutional investors are attracted to those companies that don't see the need to announce everything. It's a nice way to tell the market they're not concerned with giving the price a quick bump (the news will arrive later regardless), which should allay any fears people have of a cap raise
