I thought I would bring this to your attention.
Being a long term CMW holder and a strong supporter of management, I believe it is just a matter of time for CMW to return to it's Glory Days.
I also think the macro backdrop for Real Estate stocks is slowly changing to 'stable' with pockets of positivity, This will accelerate when we finally receive interest rate cuts.
Note my long term chart below has circ. 33c for long term all time support and 42c for a technical trendline break to the upside. Ideally, I would like to see some sideways movement around that 42c level.
