Likewise Hopper, I topped up under $1 and will do so again should it get there soon - 8% yield very nice. Market is acting like something is wrong here. I don't see it.
Good quality assets with 44% exposure to NSW (best commercial market) and no exposure to Perth market which looks very bad. Call me crazy but I like the ACT exposure, think the city is poised well given increasing housing unaffordability in Sydney and what that means for population flows & commerce.
We wait.
