    OK. Let's look at facts, fact is 'no MM deal' at this point in time. Fact is CMY has not managed to get any of their announced projects/deals off the ground in the past two years. Fact is these guys will bleed company funds dry with director, consulting and related party fees, just look at the expenses in the last quarterly, ridiculous.
