Quick question, would you classify a company that stock price hits 0.000 as a failed company ??? I would. And that is what happened to cmy 6 months or so ago. Then they had to do a consolidation 1/10 for price to go to 0.010.

Yes they may have good tenements on paper and if they do EXPLORE THEM ! Seems like all the directors want to do is chase the short pip. And when it runs out of puff, consolidate and pick the next "next big thing " to chase.
