OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY

- Wolfhound Lithium Project, owned 100% by CMY, already with significant grades of 2.47% & DRILLING COMMENCES THIS QUARTER!! Which means a constant news flow of results etc coming out of Wolfhound, in the red hot lithium sector - our results are 'similar in certain aspects' to the world class Greenbushes Lithium project in WA
- Both Mayfield & Chakola EM surveys recently completed with results good enough to enthuse further drilling.
- Mayfield ownership increased from 51% to 75% on the back of impressive zinc/copper results - CMY 'earnt' this extra ownership of Mayfield which was obviously within the deal somewhere; Excellent.
- Chakola Gold Project (100% owned by CMY) now currently planning the first lot of drill holes having drawn parallels to some nearby 'big boys' with excellent gold prospects.
- Due Diligence on the option to purchase Scotia Cobalt-Nickel Project is due any minute. In the recent announcement regarding our Wolfhound project on the 24th of March, it mention that due diligence was 'progressing well and market update to be provided in the near future' - today marks 14 days since this announcement and I believe and expect we will be hearing the results of this process within the next week.
- After a failed deal in the marijuana space in 2015, CMY took the company to court to recoup the outstanding $500,000 debt from BCC. Not only did they receive half of the money back which you would assume was basically written off, IT HAS THE OPTION TO NEGOTIATE A DEAL WITHIN 90 DAYS WITH A PROFITABLE, CANADIAN MEDICINAL MARIJUNA COMPANY THAT IS CURRENTLY BOTH PRODUCING AND DISTRIBUTING!! The appointment of an industry expert into a vehicle set up by CMY specifically for this MM deal reaffirms my thoughts on this - this deal will happen. IT MAKES SENSE FOR BOTH SIDES - BCC can reap the rewards of an industry that is well on its way up and get its foot into a country that is rapidly changing both its views and legislation towards medicinal marijuana.

- Current price of Cobalt $52,500 and rising significantly.
- Current price of Gold $1,250 per ounce and steadily rising.
- Projections for demand of lithium continue to grow, producers unable to keep up with demand, THE TIME FOR NEW PRODUCERS IS NOW
- Popularity of Medicinal Marijuana is growing rapidly as it proves to be a wonder drug for certain conditions, diseases and cancers. Not long til legalisation is a talking point again.

The price of lithlim is over $10,000 a tonne now and rising every day almost.

Price of Cobalt is now at $54,250!

One of the most undervalued stocks on asx.
