Hi KKW as per the FAR investor update COP are still the JV partner and thats because the Govt has yet to approve the deal probably because FAR have invoked their rights and that needs to be resolved.
It seems WPL has paid COP the money and is paying its way but as yet is not a JV partner and may never be...we wait..
