    You know it makes sense (as Delboy would say lol)

    For the life of me I can't understand why they are waiting.
    It is the biggest no brainer I have ever seen.

    I know a lot of big bureaucratic companies do like to pay thru the nose but FAR at these prices is a screaming buy for WPL.
