It is easy to justify.
They bought the initial 35% at the bottom of the oil crash cycle lows.
They got a great deal.
Malcy thinks we are worth 25c
WPL could lob a bid at 20c and it would probably get up.
The key word from PC was that he was looking for opportunistic acquisitions.
Opportunistic definition-
exploiting immediate opportunities, especially regardless of planning or principle.
